I was born in 1969. I grew up in a place called

Chandler's Ford, which is in Hampshire, England, UK.

​

I have good memories of holidays in Cornwall and Devon. I visited some quite spiritual places

like Dartmoor, Totnes and Bodmin Moor,

as well as  some gorgeous beaches and beautiful coastline.

​

I've always been fond of reading fantasy adventure fictional books. And a diverse range of factual material including philosophy, Buddhism, meditation, psychology, self improvement, science and technology. I enjoy learning and finding out more about life and the universe.

​

Through the years I've delved into and experienced various things including Reiki, Qigong, hypnosis, dowsing, Alexander Technique, Wicca, meditation and chanting.

I plan to pursue these areas, and others, further.

​

Since I was a young child I've enjoyed taking pictures. Originally using black and white, then colour, 35mm film.

And more recently digital cameras. I find this activity relaxing and spiritual. I feel that I notice things that I might otherwise have missed.

​

I'm looking forward to sharing my spiritual interests and journey with you. I hope some of my content will be helpful to you in your own life and journey.
