Charity

The following sections detail charitable causes and charities

which are foremost in my awareness at the moment.

Charitable Causes

Allan Children Foundation

"Helping poor and needy children of Uganda, by giving food, clothing and an opportunity to lean."

I stumbled across this cause on social media and it captured my heart.

Charities

Dementia UK

"We are the specialist dementia nursing charity that is here for the whole family. Our nurses, known as Admiral Nurses, provide free, life-changing support and advice to anyone affected by dementia."

Dementia affected both my parents in a big way before they passed away.

Cancer Research UK

Cancer Research UK is the world's largest independent cancer research organisation. It is registered as a charity in the United Kingdom and Isle of Man, and was formed on 4 February 2002 by the merger of The Cancer Research Campaign and the Imperial Cancer Research Fund.

Cancer killed my father-in-law and has also been a horrible part of the lives of many that I know.
