This week has been a busy one, and I approach the weekend with the intention to recuperate, replenish my energy level.
I created a new series of Events. A weekly session chanting Nam Myoho Renge Kyo. I find this practice very beneficial, uplifting and reassuring. I think you will too. Please sign-up and give it a go. We can adjust the speed to suit experience level. It's also nice to come with something /someone you would like to chant for.
I'm having an initial look at Qigong walking. I will let you know how it goes:
There seem to be numerous variations, different movements and speeds. I chose this one (Cat Walk) because it's nice and slow, so I can concentrate on movement and strength to start with.
Some variations are meant to be good for health; eg anti-cancer.
